With stats like that the abolution is basicaly like a bigger badder better(but slightly slower) zealot right?
So will it be able to solo all level 4 missions, and do it with style?

These aren't requirements for a T2 ship! This is what T3 ships should be requiring.
TBH most good HAC pilots would have all those skills but the leadership and bc trained anyway. And anyone interested in t2 bc's should have been prepared for bc 5. Still the learning curve is steep if you haven't trained for HAC's before this.
Even worse would be when the training list of Tech II BS includes these requirements. I will skip on these ships cause i dont want to train leadership skills, would be a pain if you get forced to train that skills for Tech 2 bs which might not even have anything to do with leadership skills unlike these ships.
Those ships will probably skip the BC/CC class altogether, like T1 BS. Just like how tech 2 cruisers don't need tech 2 DD skills.
It will depend on whether the TL2 BS are Assault BSs or are uswed for other roles, and the HACs and command ships probably would have T2 DD skill required if those ships had come out before HACs did.
